Outdoors Black Friday

It is that time of year again. No, not turkey time but time to save a crazy amount off outdoor gear. I am starting to restock for my outdoor adventures and the timing of these holidays is perfect (it is all about me after all :P).

I know there is a huge #OptOutside movement which I fully support so I found a few sites with deals that you can get now. Also, here are a few things I am circling!

1) Eddie Bauer

I would put EB's First Ascent line up against any other premium brand. Same quality, half the cost and they have great customer service to boot. They have a current Black Friday sale going on which will save you 40% off! Check out Eddie Bauer and use Code: FIREPLACE

What is tickling my fancy? The Downlight Stormdown Jacket. This puppy has high down loft and seriously good hydrophobic properties.

2) Sierra Trading Post

STP always seems to have the best deals in the outdoor universe but they are stepping up their game this year with their 24in24 deal. 24 hand selected products listed at special prices for 24 hours only. It is what refresh buttons were made for!

What am I digging there? I live in Los Angeles and can see the mountains but can't easily get to them. What am I to do? At least smell the woods with this kicking mountain-scented candle!

3) Icebreaker

Perhaps the finest manufacturer of all things merino wool, Icebreaker is the leader in the outdoor biz. Expensive but worth it, I love Icebreaker baselayers and also need a few more for my planned adventures. Lucky for us, a bunch of Icebreaker stuff is 25% off so be sure to check out their website this week

What am I looking at? Hiking in SoCal I need longsleeved shirts to keep the sun at bay and you are telling me Oasis shirts are 25? Sign me up!

If you know of any other deals, be sure to tell me about them in the comments!
